Purpose of the Position:
Accountable for Honing production processes/equipment and shift performance while maintain safety, positive working environment and protect Honing Intellectual Assets (IA).

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives
圍繞生產目標,、產品品質,、和成本目標，負責生產區(qū)域有關活動,；
Schedule resources and prioritizes activities to assure efficient production schedule compliance to include product changeovers, upgrades, experiments, new product runs, training and maintenance activities.
安排資源和布置工作,，確保有效的生產進度，同時滿足產品切換,、升級,、試驗、新產品運行,、培訓和維護工作的需要,；
Communicate and report production and process performance metrics to production teams, and other functional leaders. Ensure that production targets and delivery requirements are met on a daily and weekly basis.
向生產團隊和其他職能部門溝通并匯報生產情況和性能指標,。確保實現每日和每周的生產目標和交貨需求；
Perform performance reviews and develop and reinforce career and talent development plans for salaried/indirect labor and hourly/direct labor employees. Ensure that production process is opening in compliance to established process control setpoint and operating procedure.
對團隊進行績效考核,，制定員工職業(yè)發(fā)展計劃,；確保工作流程符合操作規(guī)定；
Enforce process discipline and rigorous change control.
強化流程紀律管理,，實施嚴格的變更控制,；
Ensure the protection of Honing’s Intellectual Assets (IA).
確保知識資產得以保護；
Implement and monitor training, qualification, certification and development programs for new and experienced operators, team leaders.
監(jiān)督實施新老員工和班組長的相關培訓,、資格認證等能力培養(yǎng)計劃,。
此職位需要倒班。兩班倒,，工作時間：早上：8：30-晚上20：30/晚上20：30-早上8：30,。
Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree, major in engineering or management related.
本科學歷，工程或管理相關專業(yè),；
3 years above production or engineering related working experience, minimum 2 years supervision experience.
3年以上從事生產或工程技術相關工作經驗,，2年以上生產主管工作經驗,。
Required Skills
Familiar with production process/equipment management.
熟悉生產流程/設備管理等工作,；
Strong leadership and organize skill.
良好的領導能力和組織能力；
Strong sense and capability to coordinate the plant goal through the function of Production, Technology, QA, and SCM.
具備良好的生產,、技術,、質量保證和供應鏈管理等多部門綜合協調能力；
Willingness and capability to take challenging, deadline driven assignment when it occurs.
有意愿及能力去承擔富有挑戰(zhàn)性的及有時間節(jié)點的任務,；
Knowledge of ISO management system
熟悉ISO管理體系,；
Habit of 5S, Safety, Change management
良好的5S、安全,、變更管理技能和習慣,；
Familiar with Microsoft Office and PC skill
熟練辦公軟件和電腦技能；
Knowledge of Process trouble shooting & prevention & data-drive, and root cause finding
熟悉故障診斷和防范,，以數據為決策依據,，善于發(fā)現問題的根源。
